Discuss what help is available, who needs to be involved and any costs before agreeing to proceed.

03

Know your next step.

Leave the conversation knowing the proposed next action and what information you may need to provide.

05 / Questions, answered

Before you get in touch.

Can I call outside office hours?

Can a parent or family member call?

Yes. You can make an initial enquiry for a young person or family member. Zain will explain what information is needed and how any further involvement can be agreed.

What should I have ready when I call?

A short outline of what has happened, any relevant documents and the date of any upcoming interview or hearing will help with the initial conversation. Avoid sending sensitive documents until a suitable way to share them has been agreed.

What will it cost?

Contact Zain to discuss the work involved, availability and any proposed fees. The scope of assistance and costs should be agreed before work begins.
